January 2020: Clean air and digital approval processes in Berlin with Localiser
Localiser joins ElMobileBerlin! The ElMobileBerlin project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure as part of the "Clean Air" emergency program. The aim of the project is to improve the air quality in Berlin. The project will install charging points for e-mobility, which are intended to be an incentive for car owners to switch from conventional vehicles to more climate-friendly e-vehicles. In the project, the Reiner Lemoine Institute is investigating the framework conditions for integrating e-vehicles into decentralized energy systems and the potential for electromobility in urban areas. The role of Localiser: The digitalization of approval processes around public charging infrastructure! We are investigating which processes can be digitized and mapped via the platform with the greatest benefit for stakeholders. The project runs from September 1, 2019 to the end of September 2022. The partner organizations are: ubitricity, the Berlin Senate Department for Environment, Transport, Climate Protection, Hubject, the DAI Lab at TU Berlin, and GASAG.
